Aparna is a sought after architect-builder in the Richmond region. She is well known for integrating the ancient principles of Vedic Architecture in her designs without compromising the modern lifestyle of 21st century.

Aparna is the Principal Owner of Mansara Architecture and a licensed architect with an experience of 18 years.

Education: Aparna holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from University of Pune, India and a Master's degree in Urban Planning from School Of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi India.

In her early years of training she was fortunate to work with Architect's like Christopher Charles Benninger, Ar. Ravi Gadre and Ar. Rajiv Vishwasrao in India. She came to the U.S. In 1999. She has an experience of over 18 years working on various projects such as Institutional, Office Buildings, Hospitality etc. And is know for her very efficient construction management processes.

Aparna is also the founder-artist of h2h.org a non-profit organisation dedicated towards relief and re-habilitation of disaster affected areas due to natural calamities. Aparna loves to travel and maintains several blogs about her passions and her adventures.

We hired Mansara Architecture to fix our 1930’s colonial that had been renovated in 1980’s with incorrect proportion and finishes.

I had the pleasure of working with Aparna on one of my company's most outside-the-box LEED certification projects: the *Hindu Center of Virginia.
